RAMPAGE JACKSON

“I see myself fighting Rashad Evans in a boxing match.”

A native of Memphis, Tennessee MMA Legend Rampage Jackson did not have a normal childhood like those around him. He found himself getting into endless fights as a youth. It came as no surprise to his childhood friends that he turned out to be a professional fighter.

Rampage started fighting professionally when he was 21 years old. After fighting in multiple professional MMA leagues we asked Rampage which organization was the best? “Pride FC was the best professional MMA organization because of the production, how they put on the show and it was in Japan which is one of my favorite countries to visit, but the UFC was his favorite organization because that’s where he was able to make the most money”.

A memorable highlight in Rampages career was when he finally knocked out the guy who beat him twice before. Rampage lists Silva along with Dan Henderson as his top 3 toughest fights of all time with Jon Jones taking the number 1 spot “he is one the dirtiest fighters I’ve ever seen”.

We asked Rampage if we would see him in the ring again. “I see myself fighting Rashad Evans in a boxing match”. He shared with us he and Evans are actually working on the details and trying to get the contract as we speak.

Outside of the ring and after years of a mutually beneficial relationship with one of the biggest energy drinks on the market Rampage has ventured out to partner with the new energy drink called F3 Energy. Putting his entrepreneurial skills to work the newly released energy drink F3 is already available in the iconic California Earth Bar and UFC gyms in Huntington Beach and Corona.

In addition to expanding the drink business Rampage stays busy with his MMA/fight podcast called JAXXON with cohost Bear Degidio which streams on YouTube, Apple and Spotify.

Rampage has gone from the days of rolling his yellow 1973 Ford F-150 which he called her “Old Yella” to taking some of that UFC money and purchasing unique and exotic cars. Including a junk custom build. A build so bad he still can’t talk about to this day.

If he doe’s he’ll get sued after having to sign paperwork saying he wouldn’t speak negatively of the builder in order for them to buy it back from him.

Rampage learned from that experience and has moved on to be able to indulge his love for custom cars. Some of his favorites are his Dodge Hellcat, Audi R8, 1969 Lincoln, 1969 Nova, A-Team van, wide body Challenger SRT, Rolls Royce Wraith and a few Lexus models with his green Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 being his all-time favorite.

Be sure to catch up with Rampage on his live stream on KICK and on his podcast JAXXON
